Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of our AI solutions while embodying our principles of servant leadership and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality AI solutions
• Foster clear communication and collaboration between clients, engineering, product, and design teams
• Implement and maintain robust project management processes aligned with our CI/CD practices
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth
• Drive data-driven decision making in project planning and execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in AI or software development
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on servant leadership principles
• Proficiency in both Japanese (for client communication) and English (for internal communication)
• Experience with cloud technologies and modern development practices
